Performs clerical accounting and financial record keeping activities including the preparation, processing, and maintenance of the Town’s accounts payables. Investigates and resolves invoice discrepancies, maintains purchase orders, and provides additional administrative support as needed. High School diploma and three (3) years of accounts payable experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
